Harden & Ship is operated by an independent software engineer based in Moldova (contact: upodpiscikov@gmail.com, GitHub: @upodpiscikov-web). This policy covers the website at upodpiscikov-web.github.io/harden-and-ship and the client work described on it.
Nothing. This page has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no tracking pixel, and sets no cookies. It's static HTML hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub Pages' hosting infrastructure may log basic server-access data (like IP address and request time) the way any web server does; that logging is run by GitHub, not by me, and is covered by GitHub's own privacy statement.
The "Book a $500 Audit" button takes you to Cal.com, a separate service I use for scheduling. Cal.com collects whatever you enter there — typically your name and email — under its own privacy policy. That data doesn't pass through this website; Cal.com shares your booking details with me directly so I can prepare for the call.
If you email me, or after you book an Audit or Sprint, I collect what's necessary to do the work: your name, email, and — if you're a client — repository access, technical details about your app, and messages exchanged during the engagement. This is used only to deliver the service you're paying for. I don't add you to a mailing list, sell your data, or share it with anyone outside the engagement. Client code and business information are kept confidential and are never reused for other clients or to train any model.
I keep engagement-related data for as long as reasonably needed to support the work and handle any follow-up questions or disputes, then delete it on request or after a reasonable period of inactivity. You can ask me to delete anything I hold on you at any time — email me and I'll confirm once it's done.
Payments are made directly through Payoneer, Wise, or PayPal. I don't collect or store your card, bank, or account details — those processors handle payment data under their own policies: Payoneer, Wise, PayPal.
Regardless of where you're located, you can ask me at any time to: tell you what data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, these map to your rights under GDPR; if you're in Moldova, the same rights exist under Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, overseen by the National Center for Personal Data Protection. I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any data and code you share with me during an engagement — but no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security any more than the audits I run can guarantee an app is 100% unbreakable.
This service is intended for businesses and professional developers, not children. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If what this site or service collects changes — for example, if I ever add analytics or a contact form — I'll update this page and the date above before that change goes live.
